To provide Latino entrepreneurs and community leaders with information about and access to workshops, seminars and programs developed for small business and non-profit organizations.

To train, educate, and mentor Latinos for leadership positions with corporations, small business and their communities

To facilitate communication between Latino owned businesses, local communities, corporate American institutions and political leaders.

To form a network of Latino businesses for joint marketing, group purchases and discounting between members.
